The purpose of the COVID-19 registry is to collect and study basic demographic and health information from individuals who have had COVID-19 support current and future research projects.

We welcome all adults, 19 years of age and older, who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 (now or in the past) to enroll.

Data in the COVID registry will be used to identify possible research opportunities for individuals in the registry and to conduct research on COVID symptoms by drawing information from the registry.

You may be invited to participate in studies of COVID-19, post-COVID symptoms, or other COVID-related studies. These studies may involve one or more study visits.

One potential research opportunity is the nationwide, NIH-sponsored RECOVER trial at UNMC (https://recovercovid.org). RECOVER seeks to understand, prevent, and treat post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 (PASC), including Long COVID.
